Excelsior Aqua Water Based Plaster Primer is a super penetrating acrylic based alkali resistant plaster primer for interior and exterior surfaces. Suitable for application to dry, raw cement plaster, fibre cement and cement bricks with superior resistance to alkali attack and efflorescence.
