Your safety, and the safety of our staff, is our number one priority. In keeping with the government mandated safety and hygiene protocols, we have implemented the following precautions to ensure our store is a safe and stress-free environment for both our customers and staff during the lockdown period.
Hall’s Retail hygiene protocols include:
- Wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant regularly, including cashier stations, the Paint Bar, coffee station and all other commonly used areas.
- Vigorous sanitization of restrooms several times each day.
- Hand sanitizer is available at all cashier stations, the Paint Bar, coffee station and all other commonly used areas for customers to help themselves.
- Wiping down with disinfectant of shopping carts, baskets and other equipment, before and after use.
- We have educated our entire team on the government mandated hygiene protocols and have provided them with necessary sanitization products to ensure their safety, and yours.
Hall’s Retail lockdown practices:
Lockdown operating hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm
During this time, we are taking further measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff with the following in- store protocols:
A maximum of 3 customers are permitted to enter the store at a time, following which “a one out, one in” policy applies. We request your co-operation with us during this time, and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
