Excelsior Universal Undercoat is a high-quality general-purpose undercoat with high opacity to mask imperfections with good flow and leveling properties for interior and exterior use. It provides excellent adhesion to properly primed surfaces. Suitable for metal (interior & exterior), wood, or hardboard.
