Hall's Water-Based Plaster Primer is an economical primer suitable for application to new dry cement and concrete surfaces.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not apply to unprimed metal and wooden surfaces. NOTE: Not suitable for application to “Rhinolite” or Gypsum Plasters.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure surfaces are dry, firm and free of dust, dirt, grease, oil, fungi and any other contaminants before painting. All bare metal areas e.g. nail heads, must be primed with the appropriate primer. For rough concrete apply one or two coats depending on the degree of filling required.
APPLICATION (New Surfaces)
Stir thoroughly with a flat paddle before use. Ready for use by brush, roller or airless spray.
Thinning not normally necessary as thinning will reduce opacity and filling properties. Clean up with water.
