Shipping Policies

KwaZulu Natal.

For purchases of R500 and more, and under 100kg, delivery is free of charge to anywhere within Kwazulu-Natal.

Orders over 100kg within KZN will be subject to large volumetric fees, and will unfortunately not qualify for free delivery. If you are unsure about the charges on your order or if you need more information, reach out to us via the online chatbox on the bottom right of your screen.

Orders under 100kg within KZN will be charged an automatically determined fee, based on integrated courier systems aligning with standard shipping rates.

Large Volumetric Products

Certain large volumetric products are subject to custom rates due to not only their base weight, but their volumetric weight based on size. These products generally cost more to send as per standard courier rates. See below table with rates:

KwaZulu-Natal

 0kg - 75kg R300 minimum
76kg - 100kg Free Delivery
101kg - 200kg R500 minimum

 

Rest of South Africa

 Any Size R500 minimum

    Delivery of goods

    Halls offers 2 (two) methods of delivery of Goods to you. You may elect delivery via:

    1) courier; or

    2) self-collection.

    Most of our deliveries are operated by Third-Party logistics companies and owner-driver operators. All deliveries are subject to that companies’ terms and conditions available upon request at sales@hallsretail.com once a third party is appointed to deliver your parcels. During the “check out process” you will see the applicable delivery charges on the Goods that constitute your order.
