Dulux Trade 65 Matt PVA is a good quality matt paint for interior and exterior walls and ceilings. Suitable for application to a variety of building surfaces which include new cement plaster, concrete, gypsum plaster and various types of composition boarding.
Bases are sold for tinting purposes. Should you require a specific colour please send a sample and we will tint it for you.
